The Theater and the School

  First act:
         of the school to the theater, presentation of work of the shops and some artistic classes on the stage of theater in June.

First stages:
         in order to encourage the access of theater to children's big number, the Theater of Cavaillon has insider an operation on three seasons. The children of the juniors forms attend free to 2 spectacles during the year. The same spectators discover some other works in CE1 then in CE2 (with the aide of the town hall of Cavaillon).

artistic Classes:
         a class gets settled to the theater during some time in company of an artist in order to achieve a project accepted by the National Education. The teacher participle to the exercises with his class and the works presented on the stage of Theater.

Shops of artistic practice:
         raises them some primary schools and some colleges himself initiate to various aspects of the arts of spectacle. Every shop, placed under the responsibility of an artist (comedian, dancer, producer.), unwinds on several month.

The Shop Theater

         This shop addresses to the amateurs who wishes to participate to the complete production of a dramatic spectacle. Of October to June the participants discover the different aspects of a creation: choice of text, dramaturgy, lightings, scenography, game, music, etc. United all the weeks the shop starts by a certain number of convenient exercises around the specificity of comedian. The essential questions are landed. This first period allows to choose the or the texts who will give place to a production presented in end of season to the month of June.

The Cultural Action

         It is also all to the long of the season the practicums for the teachers, the public repetitions, the meetings with the artists, the specific itineraries in direction of the young spectators.
