Phonemes are the basic sounds, distinct from each other, produced by the human voice. From the statement of fact that all the world languages are expressed by a quite limited quantity of phonemes, Jean Camion invented an universal code for the common language. 
This code has been elaborated following thousands of technical and pedagogic experiments. It has the advantage of being sensory. Learning a vocal oral language can thus be powerfully accelerated and clarified.
