WORKSHOPS: a general speaker, a subject linked to the theme
of the festival of the day, a small room, a limited number of places for
a best friendliness and to go farther into the subject.
TRIBUNES: a general speaker informs of his thoughts about a definite
theme which he specially values and explains the reason of his approach.
The festival offers him a "tribune".
SYNTHESIS: every day a guest of the festival extracts the essential
facts from the previous day, draws conclusions, gives his point of view
and leads to the debate of the day.
FORUMS PLANS: the forum plan presents every kind of concrete plans
and acts to change the world that the members of the festival, of course
including public, have imagined and settled.
FORUMS gather from two to three general speakers for a debate
about a definite subject every day. Discussion with the public. Every day
