us is irremediably finite. And yet, in this period of time, we need
a long time to find our own way and also to line up a number of
worthwlile works, and some more time for that these works reach
people who stand close to us. Their emotional effect will become
intelligible only a long time later. At that time, they do not any
longer belong to the avant-garde. Dissected, commented, explained
by the historians, exhibited, reproduced and distributed by museums
and publishers, by dint of many more years, the work reaches any
human layers and becomes a common treasure."
